About
A 4-day excursion to the desert of Merzouga is the ideal option for those who land in Fez and depart from Marrakech: in addition to visiting the two most touristic cities of the country, you can discover the impressive desert of Merzouga.
We will pick you up at your hotel and set off for Merzouga, crossing the Middle Atlas and its cedar woods. This mountain range extends over 350 kilometers from the south-west to the north-east of Morocco.
Along the way, you will pass by the Iframe village, also called the “Moroccan Switzerland” because of the architecture of its houses and because it is the most exclusive ski destination in the country. You will then stop at Azrou, one of the most famous Berber towns in Morocco.
The day will continue with the visit of the Ziz Valley and the Ziz Gorges, where you will pass through villages like Midelt or Arfoud. From Arfoud, you will take a desert path to arrive in Merzouga.
You will spend the night in a hotel near the dunes.
