1. Booking Confirmation Once travelers book the service, they immediately receive a confirmation with all details. I personally review the booking and send a welcome message to confirm pick-up time, location, and any special requests.
2. Pre-Trip Communication Before the service, I contact travelers via WhatsApp or Viator message to confirm the pick up from the hotel or riad or meeting point, share my vehicle details, and stay available for any questions or changes.
