Pasta is one of the main foods in Italian cuisine and lends itself to numerous preparations and combinations. So how can you not know how to make a plate of tagliatelle or pappardelle or homemade stuffed ravioli? We will give an overview of possible variations with additions of flour and vegetables and then we will proceed to the preparation of a tagliatelle and a filled pasta to be combined with an ad hoc seasoning.
