The experience lasts three hours we will start the morning with a nice Italian coffee. after which we will begin the course with the preparation of fresh pasta, we will prepare the gnocchi, tagliolini and lasagna and finally a delicious lemon tiramisu. All ingredients will be bought fresh and local by me in the morning. After preparing the menu there will be a tasting accompanied by an excellent local wine.
