Climb a stunning Cascade volcano with a professional guide by your side. This 3-day trip includes expert instruction, glacier travel skills, and a summit attempt of Mount Baker (10,781 ft). All major gear included or available to borrow. Day 1 – Gear Check, Approach & Camp Setup We’ll meet in Sedro-Woolley for a gear check, trip overview, and last-minute prep before driving to the trailhead. From there, we hike into base camp with glacier views all around. Once settled in, we’ll cover basic snow skills like ice axe use, foundational footwork, and camp systems to prepare for summit day.
