Our guide will call the lead traveler via phone at least a day before the tour and find out which hotel the travellers are staying in and pick them from the reception of their hotel. Go to the reception of your hotel and look out for a guide with a sign post showing the lead travellers name.

Our guide who will pick them up and take them for the tour will come with them at the starting points and pay for their entrance fees and permits on the day of the tour or when they start the tour. The travellers need to travel with our guide who will pay for their entry fees and permits. We shall also need a screen shot of each travellers passport showing the page that shows the details of each traveller in advance at least two days before each traveller travels in order to be able to pay for their entrance fees.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
The trip begins in Kampala, where you will be picked up from your hotel. Our knowledgeable driver-guide will accompany you throughout the journey as you travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive from Kampala to Bwindi takes approximately nine hours, offering a comfortable ride with stunning views. Though long, the drive takes you through different features including tropical rain forests, savannah fields, and the terraced hills of Kigezi famously known as the Switzerland of East Africa.
We will stop at the Equator for photo opportunities and a water experiment. Additionally, we will stop for lunch in Mbarara town. After lunch, we will continue directly to the park, arriving in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at Rushaga Gorilla Lodge, a mid-range lodge outside Rushaga in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
