Traveling from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park Via Dar es salaam (using ferry, SGR railway and car)

Your adventure begins early in the morning with a hotel pick-up in Zanzibar at 05:00 AM. You’ll be transferred to the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal to catch the Azam Fast Ferry or Zan Fast Ferry, departing at 07:00 AM to Dar es Salaam.
After a scenic 2-hour ferry ride across the Indian Ocean, you’ll arrive in Dar es Salaam around 09:00 AM. From there, your journey continues by SGR train, heading towards Mikumi National Park. The train ride takes approximately 2 hours, offering a comfortable route through Tanzania's countryside.
Around 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM, you’ll stop for a relaxing lunch break in Doma Village, where you’ll enjoy a local meal . After lunch, the journey continues by road for about 1 hour to Mikumi Village.
In the afternoon, you’ll visit a traditional Maasai Boma, where you’ll have a unique opportunity to experience the culture, customs, and daily life of the Maasai people.
Once the visit concludes, you'll head to your lodge, where you can enjoy dinner, and rest for the night
