Your safari begins with a light aircraft morning flight from Zanzibar to Selous, Africa's famed game reserve. Upon arrival at Mtemere airstrip, our driver guide will warmly welcome you and provide a detailed briefing about your tour.
Game drives are a perfect way to encounter larger games and predators. Selous is renowned for its significant population of wild dogs, a highlight for lucky visitors. You'll start with game drives, enjoying picnic lunches, and later return to the camp for a short rest. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari, an excellent chance to see wildlife at the water's edge and get close to bird colonies, hippos, and crocodiles.
