This activity level for this tour is moderate. You should be able to hike with a light pack on uneven terrain for 4-5 hours a day.

Internal flights have strict weight requirements. We'll review and weigh our packs before heading out of Kathmandu. You will be able to safely leave items in the hotel.
•
No special equipment is required. Comfortable hiking shoes and layers will suffice. We'll have the opportunity to pick up any last-minute needs before we head to Upper Mustang.

A complete list of the photography gear you will want with you will be made available to you well in advance of the trip.
