People who join this trip will experience and get a taste of Icelandic nature and wildlife. This is að guided tour and the guide (who lives in the area) will tell the guests the story of the area and how it was made by glaciers and volcanos through the years of 1972-1976. The guest will drive between the Glacier River Jökulsá á Fjöllum and a huge lake that was made by this eruption in this period. This river is the same river that is running down Dettifoss waterfall and all other waterfalls in the area.
