After we have established your pickup location which is normally the lobby of the hotel you are staying at. A driver will be assigned to you a contact and description of the driver will be sent to you. Your driver will be at the pickup point 15mins prior to departure, you will be informed of his arrival. The driver be wearing a shirt with the Nick's Tours JA logo on it, in the event that you are unable to locate your driver visit your hotel's bell desk and give them your driver's name and company and contact information if necessary.
