Your experience begins at Chatham Counterguard - home to one of Gibraltar's most impressive wine collections, with over 450 labels from more than 23 countries, all served at shop prices. A guided tasting of five carefully selected wines takes you through the range, with each wine introduced and explained as you go. Approximately one hour fifteen minutes.
From there, dinner. A Moroccan feast in the heart of Gibraltar - a generous spread of traditional salads and dips to start, followed by slow-cooked chicken couscous with caramelised onions, sultanas and roasted almonds, and finished with Moroccan mint tea, dulces and stuffed dates.
