We will visit a Sotolera where we will discover the process of making sotol, traditional spirit drink from the states of Coahuila, Chihuahua and Durango. This place was born as an attempt to return to the origin, arises from the yearning of the elderly for the flavors of yesteryear, each distilled drop is the attempt to keep the traditions alive. Finally, we will enter the countryside of Paris to marvel at the endless blue skies and the large expanses of vineyards, and with some luck we will see one or another native bird of the region such as the red cardinal and the roadrunner.
