Wir besuchen Freunde – Barkeeper, die einige der besten Bars Mexiko-Stadts in den kultigen Vierteln Roma, Juárez und Condesa betreiben und dort arbeiten.
Bei jedem Erlebnis besuchen wir drei bis vier Cocktailbars aus meiner persönlichen Favoritenliste – rund ein Dutzend der aufregendsten Orte in Mexiko-Stadt.
Denken Sie an Handshake, Tlecan, Form + Matter, Less is More, Bijou, La Clandestina, Rayo, Kaito und Limantour, um nur einige zu nennen. Das sind nicht einfach nur Bars, sondern Orte, an denen meine Freunde – Barkeeper und Gastgeber – die Cocktailkultur der Stadt von innen heraus prägen.
