Sao Paulo
Über uns
São Paulo’s food culture comes into its own in the evening. Rather than focusing on restaurants, you’ll experience the city through its botequims, street vendors, and neighbourhood spots where locals gather after work to eat, drink, and socialise.
With 12+ tastings across multiple stops, you’ll move from quick bar snacks and street bites to more substantial, shared dishes, experiencing a broad spectrum of the city's dishes.
The neighbourhoods matter too. República and Santa Cecília are local areas, busy, unpolished, and full of character. Visiting them with a knowledgeable guide helps you navigate where to go, what to order, and how these places fit into the city’s everyday life.

São Paulo
Our São Paulo food tour offers guests a culinary experience carefully curated food adventure, led by our team of São Paulo tastemakers.
Before we get started, our tour reflects the local cuisine, and the limitations of street food vendors and local eateries mean we cannot cater for every dietary restriction. Here's an honest appraisal for the tour, so no-one is disappointed:
✘ Unsuitable for vegan, vegetarian, no pork diets, halal diet, and lactose intolerance as the tastings would be very limited.
✔ Pescatarian diets and gluten intolerance are possible though some tastings do not have alternatives available and the menu would be more limited.
✔ Suitable for no seafood diets and mild nut allergies.

São Paulo
Explore São Paulo’s local food scene on a 4-hour food tour through República and Santa Cecília, with 12+ tastings along the way. This experience focuses on the places locals actually visit in the evening, from casual botequims to street vendors and small neighbourhood eateries.
You’ll move through a wide range of flavours, starting with snacks like pastéis, pão de queijo, and tapioca with butter, before working into more substantial dishes such as baião de dois, a mix of rice, beans, cheese, and dried beef topped with crispy pork. Along the way, expect grilled beef skewers with farofa, slow-cooked favourites like beef rib croquettes and chicken gizzards, and local staples like pernil sandwiches and pamonha.
There are drinks too, including tastings of cachaça, Brazil’s national spirit, and the tour finishes with a classic brigadeiro. This isn’t about fine dining, it’s an authentic look at São Paulo’s through the eyes of a local tastemaker guide.
