You will be picked up from your hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida at 6:30 AM and transferred to Nizamuddin Railway Station. From there, you’ll board a superfast train to Agra. Your e-tickets will be sent to you by email or handed over by the driver. The train is set to leave at 8:00 AM.

Arrive at Agra Cantt Railway Station at 9:50 AM, and then proceed to visit the Taj Mahal. Upon your arrival at Agra Cantt (AGC), our driver or representative will meet you at the main exit gate; they will be holding a signboard bearing your name. After a warm welcome, you will be escorted to your private car. Your sightseeing tour will begin with the iconic Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A visit to Agra is considered incomplete without seeing this magnificent monument, renowned for its grand domes and beautiful minarets. Built in the 17th century by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, this monument stands as an eternal symbol of love. Note: The Taj Mahal remains closed to tourists every Friday.

1:00 PM – Visit to Agra Fort Marvel at the grandeur of Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by Akbar in 1565 AD, this magnificent fortress is constructed from red sandstone. The beautifully designed structures housed within its precincts showcase a remarkable fusion of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The intricate craftsmanship of its courtyards, mosques, and royal chambers offers a glimpse into the splendor and heritage of the Mughal era.

2:30 PM – Lunch at Courtyard by Marriott Agra After exploring the Agra Fort, head to the Courtyard by Marriott Agra and enjoy a leisurely lunch in its five-star, air-conditioned restaurant. Here, you can savor a variety of dishes that reflect the city's rich and vibrant culinary traditions.

3:30 PM – Explore the Local Markets in Agra Spend some free time wandering through Agra’s lively bazaars, known for their beautiful handicrafts. The city is particularly celebrated for its marble and soft stone inlay art, a craft that flourished during the Mughal period. Even Nur Jahan was admired for her passion and expertise in zari embroidery. Along with detailed inlay work, Agra’s markets feature an array of handmade products such as leather items, brassware, carpets, jewelry, and delicate embroidered textiles.

5:00 PM – Transfer to Agra Cantt Railway Station After a memorable day, proceed to Agra Cantt Railway Station for your return journey. Our representative will assist you with boarding your train (Train No. 12049) back to Delhi. The train departs at 5:50 PM, and dinner will be served on board.

7:30 PM – Arrival at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, Delhi On reaching Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our driver or representative. They will escort you to your vehicle and ensure a smooth transfer back to your hotel. This concludes your Taj Mahal tour by Gatimaan Express, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the journey.
