Blue River Tubing at Rio Celeste, Tenorio National Park is a fun and refreshing adventure for all ages. Please note that the water tubing does not take place at the Blue Waterfalls or inside the national park; instead, we drive approximately 15–20 minutes to Katira, where the tubing experience begins outside the park boundaries.
