Travelers will enjoy a hands-on Peruvian cooking class guided by a professional chef, beginning with a warm welcome, apron delivery, and an introduction to the selected menu. Guests will learn about local ingredients, their origin, and their role in Peruvian cuisine before preparing a curated three-course menu featuring Tiradito of the day’s fresh catch, Causa Limeña, and Pumpkin Loche Gnocchi. Each preparation is paired with selected wines to complement the flavors. The experience concludes with a relaxed tasting moment and the delivery of a certificate of participation.
