A boat ride across Lake Naivasha to Crescent Island is included, offering close views of waterbirds and grazing wildlife in a peaceful, open setting. Time is allowed to explore Crescent Island on foot at a relaxed pace. Lunch is taken at a lakeside restaurant (at own expense) before continuing to Hell’s Gate National Park. Continue to Hell’s Gate National Park for an afternoon visit exploring its open landscapes, dramatic cliffs, and geothermal features. Depending on conditions and traveler preference, time may be spent on a guided drive or optional cycling within designated areas of the park. Wildlife sightings may include plains game and birdlife, with scenery and geological formations being a primary highlight. After the visit, begin the return journey to Nairobi, arriving in the early evening depending on traffic.
