We make both types of ramen from scratch, starting with the broth. We also make our own gyoza from the skin. We’ll be making traditional Japanese sweets as well. Once the dishes are ready, it’s time for a tasting session. Finally, we’ll prepare and serve matcha for you to enjoy.
We’ll guide you through how to make dashi stock, cooking techniques, plating, and Japanese table manners. You’ll be able to take the recipes home with you. Furthermore, we’ll capture your experience on video and in photos using a smartphone and provide you with the files.
