In the morning we depart to depart to Capriana Monastery. The trip will take us to one of the most picturesque regions of the Codrii reservation, 40 km from Chișinău, where one of the oldest monasteries in Moldova is located – Căpriana (founded in 1429). It is situated at the edge of a big forest between the villages Straseni and Capriana, being founded in the XVth century during the rule of Alexandru cel Bun and reconstructed by Stefan the Great in 1470. The complex includes the Churches of Virgin's Assumption (1545), Saint Nicholas (1840) and Saint George (1907) which abut the abbot's house, the refectory and cells. The most ancient is the Virgin's Assumption Church founded by Petru Rares. After reconstruction in 1820 by Metropolit G. Banulescu-Bodoni it kept unchanged only the decorative apses with arcature and the walls down to the socle level. In the course of construction, a bell-house with a pyramidal roof and an octagonal dome with a bulbous turret over the naos, were built.

Travelers will stroll through Union Square (Piața Unirii), admire the impressive Palace of Culture, and visit the magnificent Metropolitan Cathedral, the spiritual heart of Moldavia. Along the way, they'll discover Vasile Alecsandri National Theatre, the beautifully preserved Three Hierarchs Monastery, renowned for its intricate stone carvings, as well as charming cafés, boutique shops, and historic buildings that reflect Iași's rich academic and cultural heritage. Copou Park is the oldest public park in Iași and one of Romania's most beloved green spaces. Travelers will enjoy peaceful tree-lined paths, colorful flower gardens, and beautiful fountains while exploring a place deeply connected to Romanian history and literature. The park is home to the famous Eminescu's Linden Tree, a centuries-old tree where Romania's national poet, Mihai Eminescu, is said to have found inspiration for many of his works. Visitors can also admire the elegant Obelisk of the Lions, the oldest monument in modern Romania, and take in the tranquil atmosphere that has made Copou Park a favorite gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Afterward, around 04:30PM you will be transferred back to Chisinau.
