Founded in 1888 by industrialist William Lever of Lever Brothers, this historic village was created to provide high-quality homes for the company’s soap factory workers. Today, visitors can enjoy its peaceful parkland setting, attractive Arts and Crafts architecture, and more than 900 Grade II listed buildings spread across 130 acres.
