Your first stop is Pointe du Hoc, the clifftop battery where U.S. Army Rangers scaled 30-meter cliffs under fire on the morning of June 6th. The craters, bunkers, and gun emplacements are still there, exactly as they were left in 1944. Your driver will share the story of the Rangers, one of the most extraordinary acts of bravery of the entire war.
