We have 10 interactive exhibits that teach folks about the elements of the barbecue and the main American regions of barbecue. On this self-guided tour, you'll learn about how barbecue gets its flavor. You get to smell the spices in rub, touch the grain of wood in a wood pile, and even walk on sauce. Folks love to take a dip in our bean pit -- which is big enough for adults and kids -- and leave their own recommendation at our Recommendation Station. We even give you two fun surprises to help you remember your time at the Museum of BBQ. There's plenty of opportunities to learn, snag photos, and bond with fellow bbq lovers.
