You'll learn how to make authentic Japanese Mochi sweets by easy recipe which can be downloadable. You don't need to bring anything! Everything is provided at the lesson. Solo and family friendly too. This is a private lesson (if your group is more than 3 people), therefore you can learn step by step at your pace. Classes take place in a private residence where you can relaxed in a cozy atmosphere.
You can get all the portrait photos and videos taken during the class for your special experience!

In my lesson, you can learn how to make mochi using glutinous rice flour. Using the mochi you will learn how to make strawberry Daifuku (out of Strawberry season, we use other fruits such as Pineapple, Kiwi, etc..), several flavors Dango (mochi balls in a skewers), Warabi-mochi, and Isobe-mochi. (you can download the mochi-ice cream recipe too) After the lesson, you can taste your creations (incl. mochi-ice cream) with Japanese green tea or Hojicha (roasted green tea), or take them with you in a special box.
