The meeting point will be inside the store of the winery.

Take a guided tour of a young winery producing only certified organic wines. You will discover wines with an authentic flavor in the land where the first great Italian wine was born.
A dedicated guide will lead you to the discovery of the cellar, telling you all the secrets of the process that the grapes go through from harvest to the aging phase in the cellar.
The second part of the tour will continue to discover the history of Baglio Diar and its deep bond with the territory and you will taste the most representative wines of the winery, whose labels are a clear reminder of Sicilian culture.
The wines included in the tasting will be five, and in particular:
- Three white wines, Grillo "Selene", Catarratto "Dida" and Zibibbo "Fantasia",
- Two red wines, Nero D’Avola “Nedda” and Perricone “Velata”.
The tasting also includes a taste of the organic oil produced by the same winery, accompanied by typical local artisan bread.
