Setti-Fatma
Discover the famous Setti Fatma Waterfalls, located in the heart of the High Atlas Mountains. This natural attraction is one of the highlights of the Ourika Valley and offers a refreshing escape surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.
Upon arrival, you will meet a local mountain guide who will lead you on a scenic hike along rocky trails and across small wooden bridges. The walk follows the Ourika River and gradually climbs toward the waterfalls, offering spectacular panoramic views of Berber villages and lush valleys.
The hike is moderately challenging, with uneven terrain and some steep sections, but the reward is worth it. At the top, enjoy the sight and sound of cascading waterfalls, fresh mountain air, and natural pools formed by the flowing water.
You will have time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before returning to the village.

If your visit takes place on a Monday, you may experience the famous weekly souk (local market), where villagers from surrounding mountain communities gather to sell fresh produce, spices, olives, handmade crafts, and livestock. It is a vibrant and colorful cultural experience.
Even outside market day, Tnine Ourika is an important stop to observe local life along the river, traditional mud-brick houses, small shops, and scenic mountain surroundings. This stop allows travelers to capture beautiful photos and experience the true atmosphere of the Ourika Valley before continuing deeper into the Atlas Mountains.
