You will receive your official round-trip shuttle ticket by email the day before your trip. The name on the ticket must match your passport or ID, as it will be checked before boarding.
When you arrive in Aguas Calientes, walk straight from the train station for about 3–5 minutes along the main pedestrian avenue.
