Comfortable, closed-toe shoes with good grip are recommended. Flip-flops, open sandals, and smooth-soled shoes are not advised, as piers and boat decks can be wet and slippery. Please also dress according to the weather forecast on the day of your tour — layers are useful, as conditions on the lake can feel cooler and breezier than in town.

Please note: Due to the high operational costs, a minimum number of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum is not reached, we will contact you in advance to offer an alternative tour or date. In the unlikely event of a technical issue with the boat, an alternative tour or date will also be offered, or a full refund provided.

Active boat tour — not suitable for anyone with mobility, balance, cardiovascular, or back issues: you must independently step across a moving 40–60 cm pier-to-boat gap and walk on uneven cobblestone, gravel, and stairs; no wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility aids on board; the captain may refuse boarding on site and refused guests are no-shows with no refund.. The villages around Lake Como are built on steep terrain with uneven, sloped streets—good physical condition is essential. Please do not book if you're not prepared for this.
