Your private driver will meet you directly inside the terminal at Heathrow Airport (all terminals), holding a board with your name. Airport fees and meet-and-greet service are included in the fare.
After collecting you, your driver will escort you to your vehicle and assist with your luggage. You will then travel comfortably to Windsor Castle, located approximately 30–40 minutes from Heathrow (traffic dependent).
Once in Windsor, you will have around 75–90 minutes of free time to explore the castle and the picturesque town centre. After your visit, your driver will take you back to Heathrow Airport in time for your onward flight.
