Manoa Falls
Explore one of Oʻahu’s most popular rainforest hikes with a self-guided visit to Manoa Falls. Follow a scenic trail through lush tropical vegetation, bamboo groves, and towering trees to reach the stunning 150-foot waterfall made famous by films and TV shows such as Jurassic Park, LOST, and Hawaii Five-0.
The hike is approximately 1.6 miles round trip. The trail can be muddy and slippery, so closed-toe shoes are recommended.
