Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners, and are taught in English by professionally qualified and fully licensed coaches.
On Wednesday evenings, we host a sparring class with an optional ice bath recovery session (advance booking required).
Train in a modern, air-conditioned facility with air purifiers, showers, lockers and changing rooms available.
