You will arrive in Modena, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a one-hour Aceto Balsamico tour. The Italian Acetaia offers a limited selection of high-quality products, crafted from refined knowledge passed down through generations.

Parma
Upon arriving in Reggio Emilia, you will enjoy a light lunch followed by a Parmigiano Reggiano tour. Discover the origins of Parmigiano-Reggiano with a visit to a dairy in Parma, where you will learn about this EU-protected cheese, still crafted using traditional methods and produced exclusively in the Typical Zone of Parma, Modena, and Emilia Romagna. Watch as skilled dairy technicians extract the product from milk containers and gain behind-the-scenes insight into the whey cooking and separation process. You will also explore the moulding and salting rooms, before proceeding to the ripening room where the cheese is aged to perfection.
02:30PM- After completing the tour, tasting and lunch, the driver will take you to the city of Pisa, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours.

Pisa
Upon arrival in Pisa, you will be greeted by our local guide, who will introduce you to the rich history of the city as you walk through the iconic monuments of Piazza dei Miracoli, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Please note that you’ll not enter the monuments.
The walking tour will conclude after approximately 75minutes and the guide will escort you to your hotel in the city center, where our driver will be waiting with your luggage.
The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.
