During this hands-on experience, you will step into the world of authentic Italian cooking and learn how to make fresh pasta and pizza from the scratch, just like locals do.
You will start by preparing the traditional dough, while tasting the appetizers prepared by the Chef just for you. Guided step by step, you'll learn how to knead, roll and shape the pasta, discovering traditional techniques passed down through generations. Together we will create 2 different shapes of pasta and fresh, traditional sauces to perfectly match your handmade pasta.
