After breakfast, we pick you up at the Riad where you are staying or we have stayed at a pick-up point and leave for Midelt through the mountains and cedar forests of the Middle Atlas. I pass through Ifrane (called the Moroccan Switzerland), a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important craft center specializing in cedar woodwork. After the Zad pass (2178m), we will arrive at Midelt for lunch. In the afternoon, we will descend towards Erfoud and Errachidia through the Ziz Valley, dotted with palm trees. Continue to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Where the dromedaries will be waiting for us to enter the depths of the desert, a sea of dunes, where we can contemplate a magnificent sunset. Night in a Khaima in the middle of the desert where the starry sky and the African drums will accompany us during the night.
