Hacienda Soapayuca
Upon arrival at the Hacienda Soapayuca, we will begin to take a seat inside the central courtyard of the hacienda, where we will take place to start with breakfast.
- Breakfast consists of a fruit entrance.
- Chilaquiles or enchiladas (green or red) or Eggs to taste.
- Tea, Pot Coffee, Natural water of the day. (can be both options together) with unlimited refill.
- Dessert (can be corn bread, or day).

Hacienda Soapayuca
Start of the activity.
- Click Selection: we will test the click to make annotations and identify its visual, olfactory and taste appearance to later move to the Distillation. Here we will also try the Mead Powder, as part of the explanation of the fermentation of mead to pulque.
- Still assembly: An experience where they will be integrated to measure sugar, volume of alcohol, and use the previous notes, to later start with the assembly and sealing of the 5 liter still, they will know its parts, its operation and when it begins to condense drop by drop, we will measure and note alcohol level, we will make a filter and bottle. You can make an infused with garden herbs such as aniseed, mint, spearmint, lavender, rosemary and others of your choice
- Architectural Tour: Historical and Architectural Tour of Hacienda Soapayuca. Discover its gardens, chapel, cisterns, murals, stairs, themes and legends.

Hacienda Soapayuca
- Bottling : We finish with live distillation for tasting and bottling. During the distillation and after, they can taste the different distillates that are made seasonally at Hacienda Soapayuca. In the end we will proceed to have all those who participated, sign the distillation log to finish this process.
- Closure : Finally, you will be given coins alluding to the old stripe shop, where they will redeem it for an 80ml bottle with the distillate, complimentary.
