Begin with a welcome sake while your host, a former sake brewer, explains how rice, water, koji, and yeast are transformed into sake. You will then taste three different sakes blind, focusing on your own impressions rather than labels, prices, or technical knowledge.
Next, experience how temperature and glassware can change the character of the same sake. Based on your reactions throughout the session, your host will finish by selecting a final sake personally matched to your palate.
