Your day starts at our dock in the Costa Mujeres area, where the crew will receive the group and help travelers get ready to board the catamaran. Once everyone is on board and settled, the experience begins with a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere, ocean breeze, snacks, drinks, and the feeling of leaving the coast behind as the boat heads out to sea. Since this is a shared experience, travelers must arrive on time for the check in process and carefully follow all boarding and safety instructions provided by the crew.

The route continues to El Meco Reef, one of the main highlights of the tour. Before the snorkeling activity begins, the team will explain the instructions and prepare the group. Professional guides will then accompany travelers into the water for approximately 20 to 30 minutes of reef exploration, depending on the conditions of the sea. This part of the day brings the adventure element of the tour, with clear Caribbean waters, tropical fish, and the chance to discover part of Cancun’s marine environment before continuing toward Isla Mujeres. Once the catamaran arrives in Isla Mujeres, the guide will provide instructions before the group continues to Icebar Beach Club. This is the main beach club and lunch portion of the experience, where travelers can enjoy a buffet meal and continue relaxing with unlimited drinks. After eating, guests may enter the Ice Bar, a frozen room maintained at approximately minus 18 degrees Celsius, or 0 degrees Fahrenheit. This gives the day a fun and unexpected contrast, combining the warm Caribbean setting with ice sculptures, playful photo opportunities, and the unusual feeling of stepping into a freezing cold space while being on a tropical island. The time allowed inside the Ice Bar may be managed by the venue for comfort and safety.

This is the moment to walk around, visit local shops, take photos, look for souvenirs, or simply enjoy the colorful and relaxed island atmosphere before returning to the catamaran. This stop gives guests a bit of independence within the tour.
