We can take a short walk of about 300 meters (around 1,000 feet), continue on a longer route of approximately one hour, or remain longer to observe the landscape more closely, whether through birdwatching or simply taking in the surroundings. This is a moment to pause, adjust the pace, and experience a quieter side of Buenos Aires.

We continue to the Immigration Museum, a place that invites a different kind of reflection. Here, the focus shifts to the people who shaped the city in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Nearby, we’ll also discover the National Bank, one of the largest domes in the world, hidden in plain sight. We continue to Galería Güemes, a remarkable example of Art Nouveau architecture in Buenos Aires. Inside, you’ll experience its refined design and, if open, access one of its towers for a 360° panoramic viewpoint over the city — a unique perspective of Buenos Aires from above. The building also holds a literary connection, as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry lived here during his time in Argentina. In the surrounding area, we’ll explore nearby buildings and their stories while walking along the iconic Florida Street, one of the city’s most traditional pedestrian avenues. This part of the experience also includes a pause to enjoy one of Buenos Aires’ finest artisanal alfajores — a small but meaningful introduction to local flavors, best appreciated in the rhythm of the walk.
