Join us in a welcoming studio in central Budapest and discover the art of Kurtoskalacs, one of Hungary’s most beloved sweet treats. This hands-on workshop shows you how to create a traditional chimney cake from scratch.

Your host begins with the history and traditions of chimney cakes, followed by a clear demonstration. You will prepare your dough, roll it into strips, and wrap it around a wooden spindle to form the cake’s signature hollow shape.

After shaping, your cake is brushed with sugar and placed on the rotating grill, where it caramelizes to a golden finish. Choose from toppings like cinnamon sugar, vanilla, cocoa, or walnut.
