Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance. However, due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date. Availability is subject to the booking situation at the time of confirmation.

The ticket includes admission to the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area. For re-entry, obtain a re-entry stamp at the exit and present it upon return.

Ticket Reservation • Passengers may book trains up to 60 days in advance. • Each departure offers only 23 reserved seats. • Please select your preferred date, ticket type, and number of passengers. Once the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. • Only non-Taiwanese passport holders are eligible, including the booking person and all passengers in the same reservation.
On the Day of Use • Please make your own way to the departure station and show your ticket to the gate staff. • This is a reserved-seat ticket, please sit in your assigned seat only. • When the conductor checks tickets onboard, open the provided URL and show the QR code on your smartphone screen with internet connection...
