Most visitors explore Tigre by taking the big catamaran. This experience goes further. we'll travel on a traditional wooden island boat used by locals that navigates the main rivers and then continues deeper into the islands, followed by a guided walk through an island neighborhood to see how locals really live.
The reward is a six-course Argentine asado paired with wine, prepared slowly and shared in a private space for our group.
The beef i cook is local veal that is not exported, allowing you to taste Argentina’s most prized cut and compare it with one of the world’s best.
I’m not fully bilingual, but we won’t have any problems...

Nicht empfohlen für Reisende, die nur sitzen und essen möchten. Dies ist ein Outdoor-Erlebnis, bei dem die Natur Teil des Charmes ist. Um das Haus zu erreichen, gehen wir auf ruhigen Inselpfaden und überqueren einige kleine Brücken und Feldwege. Es gibt keine Sümpfe oder wilden Dschungel, aber wenn der Fluss ansteigt, können bestimmte Bereiche etwas schlammig sein. Es ist kein schwieriger Spaziergang, aber nichts für High Heels. Sie können auch freundlichen, frei herumstreunenden Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft begegnen – so leben die Einheimischen hier. Um einen klaren Eindruck von den Pfaden, Brücken und der authentischen Inselatmosphäre zu bekommen, schauen Sie sich kurze Videos auf unserem Instagram an. Nicht alle diese Brücken oder Pfade sind notwendig, um dorthin zu gelangen, aber sie helfen Ihnen, sich ein Bild von der Nachbarschaft zu machen.

If you’re looking for a typical tour, I honestly can’t offer you that. This is something much more personal—it's an invitation to experience the Delta through my eyes and at my table. My goal is for you to forget you are a "tourist" for a few hours and feel like a local guest.
We’ll travel on a traditional wooden boat and walk the quiet island trails I use every day.
