After arriving in Kathmandu, a welcome dinner in Thamel is the perfect way to start your journey. Thamel is a lively area filled with great restaurants, music, and a warm atmosphere.
In the evening, we’ll take you to a traditional Nepali restaurant, where you can enjoy a delicious Nepali Thali set with rice, lentil soup, vegetables, pickles, and meat or vegetarian options. You can also try local drinks like rakshi (homemade liquor) or lassi.
As you dine, enjoy live cultural music and dance performances, giving you a taste of Nepal’s rich traditions. It’s a great chance to relax, meet your guide, and get excited for the adventure ahead!
