We head up through Tamaraceite into the island’s middle-heights area (600–1,500 m), a green region full of crops and rural landscapes that contrast with the south. In Teror, you’ll discover a beautifully preserved historic center, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pine, and elegant Canary-style manor houses. Its lively market blends local products, crafts, clothing, and souvenirs, perfect for strolling and shopping. We then continue to Vega de San Mateo, a town with deep agricultural roots.
