During this workshop, we teach you the basics of beer tasting with the help of 3 traditional Belgian beers, as well as how to make Brussels waffles using beer! There will be an introduction and then a presentation about the beer. We will make our batter then let it sit for a while while we try the 3 beers. Then, we cook our waffles and cover them in as many sweet toppings as we want! Feel free to make the craziest topping combinations and take pictures! Every participant can receive a complimentary drink to enjoy with his/her waffles, in addition to the beer. If you eat over 9 waffles during the workshop, you will become our new champion!! The record has been standing for a while and we are looking for someone to beat it!!!

We venture into the charming town of Dinant, where medieval architecture and quaint cobblestone streets lead us on a journey through time. The exploration of Belgian traditions takes us next to Maison Leffe, where we uncover the secrets behind the brewing process of one of Belgium's most celebrated beers.
