A Didi taxi will collect you from your hotel lobby to meet your host at the agreed location; the license plate will be shared beforehand. Your host will first tour you around the neighborhood, then head to a local Xi’an household to make dumplings, a classic Chinese snack. You’ll mix fillings, roll wrappers and fold dumplings together.
