This tour offers a complete experience of the Uco Valley by combining artisanal wines, organic high-altitude wines and mountain scenery. The day begins in a boutique winery such as Finca Don Carlos or Bodega Giaquinta, where travelers know traditional processes, small-scale production and taste wines that express the identity of the terroir. He then continues to Bodega Jean Bousquet, renowned for its organic approach.
