Viticulture in Emilia Romagna has very ancient origins, but it was the encounter with a people who lived beyond the sea that changed the course of history forever... In an ancient tavern, in the historic Jewish ghetto district, you will participate in a tasting workshop with four flagship wines of the region, accompanied by a platter of local specialties such as Bologna mortadella and Parma ham. A Bolognese oenologist will show you how the native vines are expressed on the different terroirs, depending on the method of winemaking, in a story with an ancient flavor, steeped in history.
