Discover the Rocinha through the eyes of those who live in it! On this walking tour, you will be accompanied by a local Guide and get to know Latin America’s largest favela in an authentic, safe and respectful way.
The tour begins with a motor taxi ride to the Mirante da Rocinha, from where you can admire incredible views of the community, the Lagoa and the Christ Redemptor. Then you walk through alleys and streets full of history, visiting the Feira de Artesanato, the Laje Cultural with capoeira presentation, the Galeria Wark, the Quadra do Castelinho, Samba, Largo do Boiadeiro and the famous Via Ápia.
Along the way, you will have contact with the art, music, gastronomy and social project...
