Important: Please Arrive Early. We kindly ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This gives us enough time to convert your booking into a ticket and guide you to the departure area. As the experience starts promptly and cannot be interrupted, guests who arrive late will unfortunately not be able to join once the tour has begun.
